SAM HARDEN
Sam Harden works out of Messner Reeves LLP Denver office, where his practice largely focuses on corporate transactions and employment compliance. A Colorado native, Sam returned to Denver following law school graduation and Bar passage in California. Currently licensed to practice in California and Colorado, Sam enjoys supporting clients through all stages of business development and operations. From providing corporate assistance with entity formation, recapitalizations and restructurings to developing company policies and drafting agreements for compliance with constantly evolving state and federal employment law regulations, Sam provides businesses with advice to minimize risk and advance their best interests. Sam’s work with corporate clients also allows for involvement with Messner’s Liquor Licensing and Real Estate practices.
While in law school, Sam completed an internship in business and legal affairs for The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute in Vail, Colorado. Sam earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio following a year of playing junior hockey outside of Chicago. At Miami, Sam combined his interests in law and sports to work with the school’s NCAA Academics and Compliance office.
JAMES GOLL
James Goll is a trend-focused specialist navigating the evolution of the modern workplace, the shifting roles of professional talent, and the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence. As an agency principal and former Director at luxury CPG leader Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy and Turning Point Brands in the alternative products industry, James guides brands and businesses in developing future-proof strategies for an ever-changing professional landscape. He’s consulted with leading brands including Hilton Hotels, Norwegian Cruise Lines, TAO Hospitality, Procter & Gamble, and Caesars Entertainment. Maintaining an optimistic yet realistic perspective, James illuminates potential gaps between fact and fiction in the tech revolution and the future of work.
KELSEY HENDERSON
Kelsey Henderson currently serves as the Practice Leader of Corporate Affairs, a newly found function at High Country Search Group. Before joining High Country, Kelsey spent the earlier part of her career with Korn Ferry’s Corporate Affairs Practice, leading execution and serving as the liaison between clients, candidates, and the firm. She has partnered with global clients on executive roles for all company types, varying in size and industry including ServiceNow, UnitedHealth Group, Johnson & Johnson, The New York Times, Moody’s, Playboy, Micron, Boeing, The World Bank, and more.
Kelsey holds an MBA from The University of Texas at PB and bachelor’s degrees in marketing and political science from the State University of New York. She sits on the board of the Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters and The National Investor Relations Institute, Rocky Mountain Chapter. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, and playing with her Bernedoodle, Walter.
