The Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters (RMAR) is a professional trade association representing the Staffing Industry in the states of Colorado and Wyoming. Our membership is comprised of Direct Hire/Permanent Placement, Temporary Staffing and Executive Search companies and professionals located throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

Our mission is to Represent, Educate, and Promote the private personnel staffing Services Industry while maintaining the highest Standards of Practice. We engage in providing education opportunities to our members and to keep them informed of developments, both economic as well as legal, that affects their everyday activities.

We also foster and encourage ethical values to our members, and in that effort, strive to have them actively participate in programs that will achieve that result, as well as enhance their knowledge and skill in pursuing their professional endeavors. To all the foregoing we are dedicating our time and effort so as to bring honor, respect and an enhanced reputation to those engaged in recruiting and staffing.
